I can’t update season 11

I really enjoyed this game. When I heard about the new update with plenty more game modes, I was really excited and looking forward to it. However, the app thought I updated it and it even has the tutorial on what season 11 provides. But actually it didn’t update and I’m still stuck with season 10. I tried deleting the app and going back it but it didn’t work. I hope this problem can be fixed immediately because this is an enjoyable game to play with your friends . Thank you for your kind attention.

I’ve been playing PUBG for 2 years now and it’s so fun! The game is simple and user friendly, and the feeling you get when you get a kill is amazing, I’d consider myself a pretty good player and the best part of the game is THE VEHICLES! You can’t say they aren’t totally awesome asf!!! I’d spend hours in cheer park jumping out of hot air balloons, flying planes, and racing cars. PUBG is a game you can grind or just sit down and play when you are waiting for your turn during a doctors appointment or something, and if you haven’t yet, just go ahead and download it, it’s not even that hard, just scroll up and click the download button and do your Touch ID/Apple ID password-

I’ve been playing PUBG for 2 years now and it’s so fun! I love this game, and MOST of its community. However, some people have been able to exploit the system. I am not saying hacking, but grenade/throwables. Some people have been cheating by blowing up their teammates with grenades and Molotov cocktails(team killing) just because they want their stuff. People have also been running the teammates over with cars for the same reason. I hope you can fix this very annoying and unfair issue because it can destroy the meaning of being in squads/playing with people. So I hope that manybe you can make it impossible for teammates to hurt each other(with grenades and otherwise). I have encountered these thing many times already. So please,developers, resolve this issue.

This game was fine at first when I played it, there was the occasional glitch and the occasional infuriating circle but at least I had fun. This was one of the best mobile games to date. But when I actually tried and got to higher ranks, hackers became more and more of a problem, literally every match I got killed by an akm with no recoil from 500 meters away, skill was unmatched to these unbelievable hacks and you couldn’t hide since they had wall hacks. The longer I played, the more hackers I met every match, soon even I considered hacking myself.(I didn’t) Tencent, are you going to take action against hackers and when can we expect it? Because if you don’t address ASAP, many players will leave this wonderful game
