Hi, I'm Anusha 👋

About me

I'm an engineering leader based in Chennai, India, with 17+ years of experience shipping production software, leading teams, and architecting systems from the ground up.

I currently lead engineering and delivery at Vriksha Techno Solutions, where I manage a team of 30+ engineers building SaaS products across real estate, automotive, food, finance, and healthcare domains.

In 2026, my focus is at the intersection of agentic AI and SaaS — integrating LLM-powered workflows into CRMs, messaging platforms, and business automation tools that real customers use every day.

  • ☁️ Cloud-native systems on AWS — designing with Lambda, S3, EC2, and serverless patterns. Currently certifying with AWS Solutions Architect Associate.
  • 📱 Cross-platform mobile — Flutter apps shipping on iOS and Android.
  • 👥 Engineering leadership — hiring, mentoring, sprint cadences, code review culture, and shipping things on time without burning teams out.
