Summary

• Show a configurable hologram above the OneBlock when the last phase is completed and \phases-loop\ is disabled
• Hologram lines are set in \inished-phases-hologram\ in \config.yml\
• Restore the hologram after chunk reload if the island is still in the finished state
• Remove the hologram when the island progresses to a new phase or is disbanded

Test plan

• Complete the last configured phase with \phases-loop: false\ and verify bedrock + hologram appears
• Change \inished-phases-hologram\ in config and reload the module to verify custom text
• Reload the chunk and confirm the hologram is restored
• Change the island phase and confirm the hologram is removed
• Verify phase transition timers still work normally between earlier phases
