This PR updates how we create display names for ANDV sequences by using preprocessing's
build_display_name. The format is {collection country}/{identifier}/{collection date}If {collection country} or {collection date} are absent the string "unknown" will be substituted.
{identifier} will be populated from:
specimenCollectorSampleId(Isolate name) if it is present and has no '/' or ' 'submissionId(Submission ID) if it has no '/'🚀 Preview: Add
