Refactor project build configuration
This commit makes no functional changes to any LmdbJava code. It is purely confined to build system related adjustments. These are aimed at simplifying long-term maintenance and ease of third party contributions. The changes include: * Removal of parent POM * Removal of PMD, SpotBugs and Checkstyle * Replacement of license plugin * Automatic code formatting (using Google style) * Update to Codecov integration
