Boomi is proving that trust and innovation can scale together ð¤ In this #BoomiWorld exclusive, #theCUBEâs John Furrier and Gemma Allen speak with Alison Biggan, CMO of Boomi, about how theyâre balancing rapid innovation with trust, growing their customer base by 50% in three years while helping organizations modernize their systems. âAs you look around the room today, you see many long term Boomi customers, but you also see a lot of new ones. Steve [CEO] talked a little bit about our customer growth. We've grown our customer numbers by about 50% in three years. We have this very interesting dynamic where we have people who know and trust Boomi for what we do, and then we have the folks that are joining because of the innovation we're delivering to the market,â Biggan shares. âIt's a very interesting balancing act, where we do want to stay true to our heritage and legacy because that is what gives us the right to ask for and gain our customer's trust. We understand the importance of connected systems and taking advantage of all of the existing investment and infrastructure people have, but also being able to move quickly into the future,â she adds. ð¡ Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/db6_2wvp #Trust #Innovation #Speed #ConnectedSystems #EnterpriseAI

Resilience isnât the end goal anymore â autonomy is â¡ During the #AWS Financial Services Symposium, #theCUBEâs Rebecca M. Knight spoke with Todd McNabb, Chief Revenue Officer at PagerDuty, about how financial institutions are evolving from reactive incident response to AI-driven, autonomous operations, and why resilience is now a board-level priority. PagerDutyâs 2026 State of AI-First Operations Report shows 78% of financial institutions improved operational resilience over the past year â the highest of any sector. Meanwhile, 88% are increasing investment in digital operations and 60% are actively using AI. Organizations are already putting this into action, using PagerDuty and Rundeck to automate incident management, anticipate issues before customers are impacted, and maintain high availability across service channels. This is the shift from reacting to incidents â orchestrating outcomes. ð¡ Catch the full conversation: https://lnkd.in/euVezfJs? #FinancialServices #AI #CloudModernization #AIOps

IBMâs Sovereign Core puts enterprises in control of their AI future 𦾠Join #theCUBEâs David Vellante in this #IBMThink-special conversation with Sripriya Srinivasan, GM IBM Software Products (Core & ALM) at IBM, as they discuss how IBMâs Sovereign Core software platform gives organizations the flexibility to run sovereign AI on their existing infrastructure. âSovereign Core is a software stack. We want to give the flexibility for the enterprises to make a decision who they want to be running that software. It could be a vendor or local managed service provider. We are working with multiple countries, local managed service providers and ecosystem partners like Dell, AMD and Intel. Those who want to get the software and bring their own hardware, and they've invested,â Srinivasan explains. âClients have been investing into their data center and they have their hardware investments. We want them to expand their existing investments and scale their AI using our existing investments and Sovereign Core software and leverage their managed service providers to run it locally there. We're also giving a turnkey option along with our ecosystem partners that they can plug and play and get started from day one,â she adds. ð¡ Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/d-6uyunH #SovereignAI #SovereignCore #DataCenter #AI #EnterpriseAI

Freshworks is betting on four principles: depth, scale, ease of choice and trust ð¯ Join #theCUBE Researchâs Bob Laliberte at #Refresh2026, as he hears from Dennis Woodside, CEO of Freshworks, about how Freshworks is building its long-term strategy around comprehensive IT service capabilities, enterprise-scale operations, intuitive user experiences and the trust organizations need to confidently power AI-driven workflows. âOur primary customer for Freshservice is an IT team and they are looking for a platform to power every aspect of their operation. How they deliver service to their employees, how they track their assets, hardware and software and how they stay compliant, how they respond when there are incidents. That's operations management. So, depth is the ability to cover all of the use cases. We've built a platform that can serve every need of IT. When we talk about scale, they're looking for a proven partner that has been there and done that at scale. We've been doing this for over 14 years,â Woodside explains. âWhen it comes to ease, they need that level of sophistication, enterprise grade security, but they want the experience for their admins, agents and employees to be easy and fast. That also is what we do. They want choice. If you want to live in Claude or ChatGPT and access our system, you can do that through our MCP gateway. The last thing is they need to trust that you're going to be there for them, that your pricing policies and the way you approach them at a renewal is ethical and transparent,â he adds. ð¡ Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/dWe2MA6k #MCPGateway #Freshservice #Trust #ITCapabilities #EnterpriseAI

Snowflake and ICE/NYSE prove governance can accelerate AI, not slow it down â¡ During #theCUBEâs coverage from #SnowflakeSummit, #theCUBEâs David Vellante and Rebecca M. Knight spoke with Durgesh Das, VP of Data, Analytics & Governance at ICE/NYSE, & Anahita Tafvizi, Chief Data and AI Officer at Snowflake, about how ICE and NYSE have been able to move quickly on AI initiatives by building on Snowflakeâs governance, data quality and policy framework. âWe invested in Snowflake a long time back. Our governance as a foundation is very strong just because we are using Snowflake's data quality. The trust in data is already there. We worked very closely with Snowflake's team and ITAS team in the last few months. They have solved these problems already, and so we didn't want to restart solving that problem. We worked with Snowflake to build solutions which are actually solving the problems inside ICE and NYSE today,â Das shared. âSomething I will add on governance, we think of governance as an accelerator, not necessarily something that is a trade-off to innovation. That's something you see for ICE and NYSE every day,â Tafvizi added. ð¡ Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/gb8rZGxk #Governance #AIAccelerator #AI #CustomerZero #EnterpriseAI

How Dell Technologies and Microsoft are bringing private AI from concept to clinical reality ð¥ At #DellTechWorld, #theCUBEâs John Furrier and Gemma Allen sat down with ROBERT F. SONDERS, Technical Staff Engineering Technologist at Dell Technologies, & Bob Ward, Principal Architect at Microsoft, to explore how Microsoftâs SQL server and Dellâs distributed private cloud are helping healthcare organizations deploy secure, on-premises AI using simple and repeatable blueprints. âHealthcare still needs to run their entire workload and data on premises or in a private cloud environment. One example is of a clinic on the Edge where they're going to use Dell technologies with SQL or AI models, and run them on an Edge device. The second example is a hospital system, totally Dell private cloud, running maybe Nvidia AI factor with AI models or SQL server as devices and hospital rooms. We can easily put this together. We use the SQL Server engine as that security blanket to access data with AI in a very secure encrypted way,â Ward shared. âThat falls right into everything we're bringing with the Dell automation platform, SQL server and Dell distributed private cloud, which is another announcement today. That was the product formerly known as Native Edge. We can put that anywhere in a hospital, central location, SQL server, running on Azure local, all on premises. Let's make this happen with a blueprint and deployment, and make it all easy to manage day one and day two,â Sonders added. ð¡ Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/dVZDDuyC #SQLServer #AI #AIModels #PrivateCloud #EnterpriseAI

The enterprises best prepared for AI risks already expect things to go wrong â ï¸ During #theCUBEâs coverage of #DigiCertTrustSummit, Amit Sinha, CEO of DigiCert, speaks with Rob Owens, Co-head, Equity Research at Piper Sandler, about why regulated industries may be better positioned for the AI era because they already operate with governance and risk awareness shaped by years of cybersecurity and compliance pressure. âNumber one, awareness and acceptance of the problem. About 15, 20 years ago, those organizations proudly said they'd never been hacked and the real answer was, âYou just haven't found it yet.â It's acceptance of the problem and trying to put guardrails around this problem. Working in financial services, we are a late adopter of these types of technologies, but even seeing the evolution here at Piper as to where there was no AI allowed. Now, we have an internal model that we run just a mere 9 months later,â Owens shares. âIf I look at regulated industry, which is the early adopter of anything cyber, they at least have a lot of the governor and the awareness in place. Frankly, we have seen some breaches that have happened, some companies that have had all their data stolen or have been shut down and they've been minor use cases in the grand scheme of things at this point. In my mind, who's better prepared? Those that have had to deal with this from a logistical and regulatory standpoint historically,â he adds. ð¡ Get more insights! https://lnkd.in/gbKEFU4A #Cybersecurity #AI #Governance #EnterpriseAI
