Multi-Tenant Volunteering Platform

Multi-tenant SaaS
Scenario:

Companies working festivals and events need a reliable way to recruit volunteers, manage registrations, collect deposits, and run event operations at scale.

Our Solution:

We're building a multi-tenant SaaS platform with a custom form builder for volunteer sign-up and event registration, Stripe Connect for payments, attendance check-in, reporting, and operational tools like training modules and shop functionality. The platform supports multiple admin roles and is designed to be flexible enough to fit different event-led organisations.

Result:

A product platform being built with the right foundations in place, so it can evolve safely as requirements grow without turning into a patchwork system.

Booking Portal + Operations Management System

Customer portal + admin
Scenario:

A diving and charter operator needed a booking experience that worked smoothly on mobile and desktop, while giving staff the tools to manage trips, changes, and payments without manual admin.

Our Solution:

We delivered a customer booking portal with a trip calendar, booking flow, and deposit/payment handling, plus an internal management system for trips, tide times, boats, sites, pricing, cancellations, amendments, and refunds. We also implemented role-based access and improved communication workflows, including email templates and a mailing module.

Result:

A modernised booking system that supports the real day-to-day operation, reduces manual coordination, and makes bookings and changes easier to manage.

Veterinary Prescription System with Fraud Prevention

Internal platform
Scenario:

Veterinary practices needed a safer way to generate prescriptions and reduce fraudulent activity, where paper prescriptions could be edited after leaving the clinic.

Our Solution:

We built a prescription platform used by vets/practices and pharmacies, including drug importing and mapping logic so relevant drugs and groups are suggested based on the animal and key attributes (such as weight/type). Prescribing access is protected using fingerprint authentication, and prescriptions can be printed in a format pharmacies can scan and verify.

Result:

A more controlled prescribing workflow that improves traceability and helps reduce opportunities for prescription tampering.
