Opera 119.0.5497.70 Stable update

Hello!
We’ve just released a new Opera update (version 119.0.5497.70) with some key improvements:
- More stability: We’ve fixed a few issues that could cause Opera to crash during everyday use.
- Better VPN experience: An issue that caused the free VPN location to break has been resolved.
- Other welcome fixes: Bookmark folders are back in the “O” menu, and some missing icons in Settings have been restored.
