Age: 26

Nominated by Pavishia Nair, COO:

He does not just create visuals—he tells stories through his work, ensuring that every design, illustration, or concept carries meaning and depth. His ability to translate ideas into emotionally resonant artwork makes him an invaluable part of any project. Whether it is a complex campaign or a bold creative vision, he is always at the heart of thought-heavy, storytelling-driven projects, shaping ideas into visuals that speak, inspire, and leave a lasting impact.

Career highlights

Martin believes that brands are like people—each with a unique personality, character, and story that defines who they are and how they connect with the world. As an Art Director, he specialises in bringing these brand personalities to life through collaboration, storytelling, and design. He thrives in creative environments, where ideas are shaped collectively, ensuring every brand he works on feels authentic, relatable, and human. With experience on Starbucks, Sony, TikTok, Azadea Group, and MBRSC’s MBZ-SAT launch, Martin builds brands that don’t just sell but engage, inspire, and leave a lasting impact—because great brands, like great people, are built together.

Guiding principles

Evoke emotion—great creativity challenges perspectives and resonates deeply. The best ideas are rooted in human truths, making people feel seen and understood. With curiosity at the core, I blend strategy and storytelling to craft work that inspires and connects. True innovation isn’t just about creating differently—it’s about seeing differently.

Side hustle

Tattooing has become a surprising passion of mine—even more shocking, my parents actually support it (thanks, Mum and Dad!). What started as a self-taught experiment turned into a full-fledged apprenticeship and an obsession with the history, technique, and storytelling behind every piece. There’s something incredible about creating art that lasts forever—literally.
